I hope you love what you have ordered, but if you’re not 100% satisfied I’ve made the returns process simple:
If you made your purchase online:
You can return any item within 30 days, including sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts. (Your 30 days start from the date when you received/collected your order). Any items returned outside of the 30 day period will be returned to you.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with a valid dispatch note (online purchases).
I am sorry my item is faulty and not up to my usual standard. The quickest way to get this resolved is to contact me either using the contact form or email caroline@girlgotbag.com with the issues you are having within 30 days and you can return your item to the following address:

Please don’t forget to put the reason for return on your returns slip and keep your proof of postage until the issue is resolved. If you purchased your item over 30 days ago, please contact me either via the contact form or email caroline@girlgotbag.com.
Refund exceptions:
1. For hygiene reasons I cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
2. Unfortunately, unless the product is faulty, I am unable to accept items back, or provide a refund for personalised items.
3. I am unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the 30 day returns period, or that are worn or in an unsellable condition.
Please note: The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
How do I make a return?
1. Either contact me via the contact form or via email carolineanncope@hotmail.co.uk to let me know you wish to return your item.
2. Carefully repack your item in its original packaging (plus chain strap if applicable), please include your shipping invoice in the package.
3. Address the package with the following details:

4. Take the package to the Post Office and send using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed for Service. Make sure to get a Proof of Postage receipt and keep this until your refund has been successfully processed.
5. When I have received the item back, I will inspect the item and if its in its original condition I will refund your order.
When will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 10 business days after I have received your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
1. Please contact me within 3 months if you have any issue with your orders. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
2. If there is an issue with your return, please contact me either via the contact form or email
caroline@girlgotbag.com within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
I returned my item and I still haven’t received my refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me either via the contact form or email caroline@girlgotbag.com.
